An 8 week generalized postpartum fitness program. All content has always been and will always be available to you at no cost. This program is designed for you to do what you can, when you can.
personal training
This option is for the mama who wants a more individualized and focused training regimen. Together we will customize a program that works for you. Ideal for the mom who has experienced traumatic labor and delivery who needs a little extra time and guidance getting back into a fitness regimen. Sliding scale pricing available upon request.
