group sessions

Group sessions will be led in 8 week cycles. You can jump in or jump out at any point in time. New mamas, I GET IT. There’s no such thing as a schedule anymore. everyday is just “day” and it could be 4am or 2pm and you have no idea. I’m with you. I feel you. So do what you can with what you have and don’t stress it.

Each week, the workout will be quite similar day to day. On “Warrior Wednesdays” we ramp it up, so expect to see new exercises introduced each Tuesday and color coded by week on @warriormamafitness on IG. 

A instagram live fitness class will be held on Wednesdays at 9 am EST and a recovery yoga session on Sundays at 11 am EST on @elliebernstein. These classes will be saved under the IGTV tab so that you can follow along anytime. 

All new exercises will be individually recorded and posted on Tuesdays for clarification. Daily workouts will be written out and posted (with playlists so be sure to find me on Spotify!) 

This program really is designed for you to do as much as you can whenever you can. If you can only squeeze in 10 minutes, that’s awesome — that is 10 more minutes in your day that you’ve decided to show up for yourself. By showing up for you, you actually show up for everyone else around you too. So this is how we do it. little by little, day by day. I can’t wait to workout with you!

What you’ll need:

  1. yoga mat

  2. railing / counter / wall (something stable aka not a flimsy chair)

  3. 5-15 lb (ish) weights (can use cans, water jugs — fun fact: 1 gallon is about 8.5 lbs!) 

  4. optional : your mini dictator + a sturdy baby carrier
